The Architecture Review Committee (ARC) assesses and approves construction and alterations in the community with respect to the environment, safety, harmony of external design, color and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography and conformity with the design concept for the Community.
No one may alter in any manner the exterior of improvements constructed on any lot or any of the common areas until the complete plans and specifications have been submitted to and approved in writing by the ARC, Such alterations include but are not limited to:
- Any alteration in color
- Accessory and storage structures
- Excavations (subject to approval, in-ground pools are permitted; above-ground pools are not permitted)
- Tree removal
- Landscaping with plants or trees having a mature height in excess of 8 feet
Construction or alterations approved by the ARC must be commenced within 6 months of such approval and complete within 6 months of commencement. No deviation from approved plans is permitted without prior written approval of the ARC.
